Now open · Lead Operations Specialist
Build your own business. Partner with us on results.
This is an owner-operator opportunity, not a job posting. You own your effort and your performance, and your compensation is tied to what you produce.
The opportunity
Entrepreneurial people, working a proven process
The Lead Operations Specialist role is for someone who wants to be responsible for their own outcome. You run your own effort. We give you the system, the standards, and the guidance to make that effort count.
Compensation is tied to results. As your skills and responsibilities grow, so does your earning potential. You work alongside Nathan directly, and you get step-by-step direction rather than being handed a phone and told good luck.
We hold a high standard, and we expect a commitment to personal growth. That is the trade: real support in exchange for real ownership of your work.
To be clear about what this is not
- This is not a salaried position and it does not include equity in Apex.
- Earnings are not guaranteed, and advancement is not automatic.
- Progression is based on readiness and results, not on a fixed timeline.
Who this is for
No prior real estate experience required
- A commitment to becoming better at something difficult.
- Willingness to learn and follow a process rather than improvise.
- A genuine desire to get started in real estate.
- Consistent action, accountability, and persistence.
What you'll do first
The starting role, in practical terms
- Conduct initial outreach to property owners and prospects.
- Gather and update lead information as conversations happen.
- Complete structured data-update forms so nothing is lost.
- Identify which conversations look like real opportunities.
- Hand those opportunities to Nathan and Apex for follow-up.
You are not expected to negotiate contracts or close deals on your own when you start. That comes later, once the fundamentals are solid.
The path
Master the start. Then outgrow it.
The intention is simple: become excellent at the starting role, help someone else succeed in it, and then take on higher-value responsibility. This is a supported development path based on readiness and results — not a promotion schedule.
- 01
Learn outreach and lead operations
You start where the business starts: conversations. You learn our scripts, our standards, and how we keep lead information clean and current.
- 02
Become effective and consistent
Volume matters, but consistency matters more. You build the daily habits that make results repeatable instead of occasional.
- 03
Train your replacement
Once you can do the work well, you teach it. Helping someone else succeed in your starting role is how you free yourself to take on more.
- 04
Move toward managing a team of callers
You take responsibility for other people's output — quality, accountability, and the standards the whole operation depends on.
- 05
Develop closing and negotiation skills
With real conversations behind you, you learn to handle terms, objections, and the parts of a deal that decide whether it happens.
- 06
Build toward becoming an active investor
The end of the path is your own pipeline and your own systems, built on skills you earned rather than guessed at.
Tools and systems
Access enterprise-level software through Dialed In and a structured system to support your business
The operating model runs on Dialed In (AreYouDialedIn.com, opens in a new tab) from day one. Pricing, who pays for what, and any reimbursement terms are still being finalised, so we are not going to publish numbers we cannot stand behind. Nathan will walk you through the full details before you commit to anything.
