What we have done
- A "Skip to content" link, one main landmark per page, and ordered headings.
- Every form field has a visible label; required fields are announced to screen readers; errors are shown in text next to the field and announced.
- Visible keyboard focus on links, buttons, and fields; menus, buy-box controls, uploads, and the tracker work with a keyboard.
- Submission confirmations and tracking results are announced as status updates.
- Text over photographs sits on a dark overlay for contrast; the tracker shows progress in words, not only colour.
- Animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom; main tap targets are at least 44 pixels.
How it was tested
In September 2026 we ran automated checks (axe-core in Chromium) on the public pages, and checked keyboard-only use, mobile layout, and zoom by hand. We have not yet completed a full audit with screen-reader users, so some issues may remain.
Known limitations
- Uploaded documents (such as PDFs you send us) are not reviewed for accessibility.
- The admin area has had less testing than the public pages.
- Screen-reader testing with assistive-technology users is still to be done.
