The payment is tied to a closed sale, not to sending an address. If we never reach the owner, or it does not go anywhere, there is no payment — and you can see where your referral stands at any time using your tracking code.
Important: the written referral program terms — who gets credit when the same property is referred more than once, and when payment is made — are still being finalised and reviewed. Submitting this form does not create a payment agreement. Nathan will confirm the terms with you in writing before any referral is treated as eligible.
